Returns Policy

We hope you love the item you order, if it doesn’t quite meet your needs we’re happy to accept returns.

Notice period

Please inform us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the items. (For non-tracked items we’ll assume delivery happened 4 working days after dispatch)

Items not wanted

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt.

The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ and in a resalable condition when returned to us.

Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received and processed, we’ll issue a full refund for the product received.

Faulty items

If the item arrives in an imperfect condition please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange for a return and once we’ve received the items and confirmed the fault we can either replace them or arrange a full refund at your preference.
